  • Energy Purity: Rudraksha and Gemstones absorb the wearer's energy. To ensure "First-Wear" purity for all clients, these items cannot be returned.
  • Damage Claims: If an item is damaged in transit, a continuous Unboxing Video is mandatory to process a replacement. Claims without a video within 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
